Encaustic is my muse and the book "The Art of Encaustic Painting" by Joanne Mattera  changed my perspective of art making. Fusing colors with an iron and a heat gun has offered me an unpredictable vision of creation.  Encaustic is the combination of everything I was looking for -- a mixture of texture, decoupages, pigments, oils pastels, burning Shellac, engraving, etc… Everyday, I am just impatient to discover; to play; to do magic and dance with the colors. My goal is to bring marketable encaustic creations to the art connoisseurs who visit galleries.
